RC Infra Construction Ltd is a UK specialist contractor in rail electrification, power transmission and enabling civils. We design, install, test, commission and maintain the electrical and civil infrastructure that keeps the UK’s railways and national networks running.
We incorporated in 2020 with a single objective: build an engineering-led business that could self-deliver the entire civil and electrification programme, from first survey through to steady-state maintenance, with British teams close to the clients we serve.
Based in Redhill, Surrey, we deliver across the UK. Our teams handle engineering, installation, commissioning and maintenance for private clients, public bodies and tier-one contractors.
Story
A short history.
- 2020RC Infra Construction Ltd incorporated in Redhill, Surrey with a focus on civil infrastructure delivery.
- 2021First framework delivery on the UK civil engineering market. Early programme wins secured.
- 2022Team scaled to support multi-site delivery. Power distribution and HV capability added.
- 2023Rail electrification capability brought in-house. Self-delivered across design, install and commission.
- 2024First multi-year framework appointment with a tier-one rail contractor secured, anchoring a pipeline of electrification and HV packages into 2027.
- 2026Delivering rail electrification, high-voltage distribution and civils across the UK.
