Our commitment
RC Infra Construction Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and in our supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Who we are and what we do
RC Infra Construction Ltd is a UK specialist contractor delivering rail electrification, high-voltage distribution and enabling civils. In the UK we operate from nine locations and employ over 300 people.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain includes direct labour subcontractors, plant and equipment suppliers, material manufacturers, professional services and software providers. We operate predominantly within the UK and Ireland and work with established UK-based suppliers.

Due diligence
We require all new suppliers to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 at pre-qualification. We spot-check recruitment agencies and labour suppliers. We include modern slavery clauses in our standard terms and conditions.
Training
All operational managers complete modern slavery awareness training at induction and on renewal. Recruitment and procurement staff receive enhanced training.
